David is uniquely qualified to support organizations and the leaders within them navigate any pace of change in today's dynamic environment.  Bringing 32 years of experience as a Senior Executive, Operational Consultant, and in multiple leadership roles his career has been focused within the realm of transitions and building strong, effective teams.  He works with individuals who are new to leadership,  those who are struggling to find their identity as a leader, as well as those who are transitioning from one leadership role to another.  His approach to coaching is designed to support individuals in developing personalized plans and supporting the transitions to becoming successful in their goals.  He also works with organizations that are in transition.   Whether it is an operational crisis that needs immediate resolution or cultural transformation David is experienced in building and working with teams of leaders in a way that focuses on both individual and organizational success.
